Condition
Most devices we stock are in excellent condition with only slight signs of use. No deep scratches on screen with minor/minimal scuffs limited to the casing. All phones in stock can be inspected in our Oxford Store. If you would like a phone in new refurbished condition do let us know.
Touch Screen Quality Check
We check the LCD for cracks and chips. Additional checks are also carried on force touch , discolouration , screen burn etc.
Battery Testing
All batteries will degrade over time. Our technicians will check for poor battery health and battery faults. These will be replaced if they are performing poorly.
